This Privacy Policy explains how Real Media Pro processes information when users connect social-media accounts to F1 Social Publisher.
Service operator: Real Media Pro
Email: joseph.socialmedia2@gmail.com
Depending on the connected platform and features used, the service may process account identifiers, display names, channel or profile identifiers, authorization scopes, access and refresh tokens, token-expiry information, publishing content and media metadata, publication status, and technical logs required for security and diagnostics.
Data is used to authenticate authorized users, connect requested social accounts, publish or upload content at the user's direction, verify connection status, renew authorization where supported, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service from unauthorized access.
Social-platform credentials and authorization tokens are handled server-side. Tokens are stored in protected backend systems and are not intentionally exposed in public front-end code. F1 Social Publisher requests only the permissions required for the enabled integration.
F1 Social Publisher relies on infrastructure and APIs provided by third parties, including connected social platforms and backend hosting/database providers. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies when their services are used.
Connection data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the requested integration, maintain security and logs, or meet applicable legal obligations. When an account is disconnected, authorization data may be removed or invalidated subject to technical and legal retention requirements.
Users may revoke a social-platform authorization at any time through the relevant platform. Where available, users may also disconnect the account from F1 Social Publisher.
Users may contact Real Media Pro to request information, access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable law and any data that must be retained for legitimate security or legal purposes.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect authentication data and connected-account information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
This policy may be updated when integrations, legal requirements or service functionality change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
